To maintain a fair, healthy, and safe gaming environment and to protect the legitimate rights of all players, we recently carried out a focused review and enforcement action against in-game violations. The details are announced below.
1. Scope of This Ban Wave
After verification, we have permanently banned the following violating accounts:
- Accounts using cheats, hacks, or any third-party tools that disrupt game balance;
- Accounts using violating nicknames / IDs, including but not limited to: abuse and harassment, vulgar or pornographic content, advertising and spam, and impersonation of officials;
- Accounts using nicknames / IDs that endanger national security and sovereignty, or that violate laws, regulations, or public morals.
2. Associated Devices Are Banned As Well
Cheating and violations are often carried out repeatedly from the same set of devices. To address the problem at its source, this ban wave is not limited to the violating accounts themselves: devices with a login association to a violating account are also banned, and the related accounts on those devices will likewise be restricted.
3. Strengthened Alt-Account Detection
In response to players who use alternate ("alt") or "sock-puppet" accounts to evade penalties and repeatedly violate the rules, we have upgraded our account–device association and detection mechanism, enabling more accurate identification of linked accounts and devices originating from the same source. A single violation will trigger coordinated action against the associated accounts and devices; any attempt to evade a ban by creating new alt accounts will be continuously tracked and dealt with.
4. Important Security Reminder ⚠️
The association between accounts and devices is a key basis for ban decisions, both in this action and going forward. To protect the security of your own account and device, please be sure to:
- Never lend, rent, or sell your account to others;
- Never log in to someone else's account on your own device.
Once your device or account becomes associated with a violator, your own account and device may also be banned by association. Please keep your personal account information secure to avoid unnecessary losses caused by others' violations.
5. About Your Privacy
We take your privacy seriously, and this detection process does not involve any of your personal or private information. The device identifier we use is a hashed, non-sensitive device ID — it cannot be reversed or used to obtain any of your personal data, files, or account details. It serves one purpose only: cheat detection and ban enforcement, and is never used to track, profile, or identify you in any other way.
6. Appeals and Clarification
We have made every effort to act with care and accuracy in carrying out these measures. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may submit an appeal through 【Official Customer Service / Appeal Email / Community】 with relevant details, and we will review and address it promptly.
