can someone tell me what happened to TM🤔

can someone tell me what happened to the person that was making good mods and the muds always started with the letter TM when i was going through some mods i found a system and when i press hidden there were vehicles that made me confused why were all of TM vehicles all hidden i really want to know what happened and why did TM stop making mods🤔
