在战斗机上，打开雷达时，ping 值会增加到 460，不会再更高；但关闭雷达时，ping 值会正常稳定下来。然后路由器出现了故障，但是当你在坦克那边时，ping值却不一样了。

Before activating the radar, the ping was stable, but when activating the radar, the ping dropped to exactly 460 ms.
