Between 13:00 and 19:00 (UTC+8) on June 23, a fluctuation in our server's internal network caused some orders paid during this window to be delivered with a delay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
The issue has now been fixed, and all affected orders have been successfully delivered to their respective accounts. Please log in to confirm. Our resolution is as follows:
- For players who ended up making a duplicate purchase, we have issued an additional activation code as compensation and provided a full refund of the duplicate payment.
- For certain orders via Alipay that could not be recovered, we have issued a full refund, returned through the original payment method.
This problem stemmed from a shortfall in our own service stability, and the responsibility lies with us. We have already inspected and reinforced the relevant network architecture and improved our automated monitoring and compensation mechanisms for order anomalies, to ensure this kind of failure does not happen again.
