Honestly I'm confused about which part I should download it from.

It is actived once you exchanged the code. but only last for 4 hours as trail. And it has passed time now.

oh I see, no wonder it can't be used, I thought the time wouldn't run out before I downloaded the game, so I just took a short nap earlier :v
