AI Vehicles Cannot Hit DIY Vehicles

When creating a vehicle with a small overall size, particularly a low height, using the DIY feature, AI vehicles are unable to hit it.Even at point-blank range and while the DIY vehicle is completely stationary, AI shells simply fly far over its head. AI vehicles are unable to land a single hit on these small DIY vehicles.
