May I ask how to use it in game?
Does it require Panzer war:DE or the complete version?

you go to the exact tank
which is yhzg T-90M
select camouflage, then on the right hand side, click export preset until a notification bar open
close your game, copy and paste the skin folder into android>ShanghaiWindyVerse>files>mods>preset/export preset ( i forgot sorry )> T-90M

Download the modpack and drop it to install folder or open it as Panzer War on Android,
