I have created a new account to log into the game as this is my first time, Though I have tried many times thoroughly checking the inputted credentials, I cannot access the game —even though the input is correct, the game still says that the "Account or password is incorrect" while I can enter the same account email and password inside the website and log in. Please look into this issue.

That's why I don't log into this game... there are simply too many problems
